  Dear Raj Thackeray,

  Basically i am a Congress man,for Lok sabha election i have been voting for congress and for KDMC election,for the first time in my life i thought lets give a chance to a new upcoming party & lets see there performace & i voted for MNS. After few months only i realized that all partys whether old or new are one and same. It is very sad to note that MNS candidates after winning the election have not brought any change to either Kalyan or Dombivli. I think the vision of Mr.Raj Thackeray may be great but to make that vision a reality continous vist of Mr. Raj Thackeray is necessary for the Party as well as for the Kalyan & Dombivli residences. I know i am a very very small voter, i may be neglected, but i am afirm believer of ” TRY & TRY UNTILL YOU SUCESS.

But the office where i work, some persons came and claimed themselves to be your party (MNS) members and threatened us to beat. Previously some Sachin Gole called one of our senior member and demanded Rs. 5 lac. and said that if we don’t give the amount then they will abuse our employees.   This is to bring to your attention the inconvenience faced by people in Dombivili – Thane dist. During your election rally you had promised quality roads, however the state of roads are very pathetic. Apart from main the strech of road leading to highway & station. There is so much pollution caused due to dust and we are forced to intake all the dust. In today world when we use modern technology to prepare quality roads you would be surprised to know we are going back to olden days and making roads of stone and rolling mud over it with a roller. Such kind of roads dont even last for a month and frankly speaking these days even villages have better roads. The people are really sad the way things are moving, hope you intervene and we see some improvements.
  Writing this with lot of expectations that your party had created in minds of people some time ago !!

  I Smt. Kasturi Ramchandra Tayade residing now F-2 Jumbo Darshan society, flat no. 310, andheri east, Mum- 69. Staying with my older son Jagdish Tayade age,56. and one mentally retired child age, 54. One slum lord Vinay Kumar Sadh, who’s the slum lord made a false case against us for making a floor in a house. Where we resided for more than 60 years. He made false cases against 5-6 Marathi families for vacating our house and succeed in his plans. He threatened us with the court cases to vacate our house even if he is not the legal land lord or owner of the suit primacies.
  That is, 32 room no, Bengali chawl, Andheri East Mum- 69. This is injustice on us Maharashtrians who were residing in that house for more than 60 years.
  The real land lord is Bafna trust public Raj builders Mumbai. Who has purcased in year 1980 to develop the suit primacies, under S.R.A scheme but, has not done anything until today. Bafna trust has purcased Above land for only Rs. 2.5 lakh. But till today has not done any development. The slum lord Vinay Kumar Sadh is threatening us and harassing us with one or another reason. The above fact was informed to BMC co- operator Sashikant Patkar and honorable offciating BMC current co-operator M.Panchal Saheb.
  But it is sad to say nobody has helped us until today. We trust you are the only good person who can help us and fight for us for real justice, im lost my house in which i was residing for 60 years.
  Other community people build houses illegaly and residing in Mumbai and get free houses from Government.

  Dear Sir, on 4th Dec., 2011, I was travelling via Vikhroli-Jogeshwari link road by my car. There was a massive traffic jam on the Kanjurmarg railway bridge which is a very narrow road with many cars, buses struck up there. Suddenly, a group of 20-25 young people riding on their bikes with MNS flags started coming from behind and started banging their sticks on cars’ windshields asking their drivers to pave way for your car which was to pass from there. I personally saw 3 cars literally hit with sticks. While I appreciate that you are a busy man, just let me know, is this the only way to clear the road for your vehicle. Since I think you are different from other leaders, I think I would point out this to you. Thank you, Jai Hind, Jai Maharashtra.

  From last some days I thougth to contact you.
  But I was not sure whether you really do somthing for us.
  I read news in this sunday that there is exam taken by Namse to get qualify people in team.
  So Finaly i decided to covey this to you. Sir, If you really help us, then all off people who stay and more other people out of Shivangan also bless you. And if not, then the situation will not more bad than today because now it was worst.

  Sir, here is the story :

  We Stay in Dahisar Shivangan Rawal Pada (Same where Amadar Mr. Pravinbhau Darekar Was Stay earlier)

  Sir, the people who stay in shukla compound used our premises for going and coming every day. hence the builder give them comitment to provide the proper way , till today nothing is happen.
  before 2/3 years some gunda boys come to our premises and do misbehave with our girl. from that day we close that door from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am
  sir,
  This 29th May 2011 really bad insident happen with a 11 year girl.
  after that everyone in the society feel unsecuared. and go to Mrs. Sujata Patekar (Shivsena Amdar) for this to give this all the pople a seperate path on a nala attached with our premises, she came and check the situation, and sugges that same week there was a meeting of Mahapaur Mrs. Shradha Jadhav at R ward in june 11 . all ladies (Nearly 40) go to the meeting and one of us Dr. Jaywant represent all of us for the same. That news also published in loksatta, and got commitment that ,on urgentlt basis temperiory bridge will be provided on nala for other people. but till today they didnot provide any road on that nala. all these people used our society premises , which is very risky. and after 10 all the drinking people were sitting and jumping from gate due to it was closed and used bad word for ladies. if we try to stop them they beat our security guard very badly.

  Sir do some thing for same.

  Sir u are a last hope for us.

I oppose bills lokpal whistleblower judicial accountability citizen charter etc based on fraud and illegally ignoring bypassing censoring my written and verbal communications and without considering without hearing myself the foremost stake holder as affected whistleblower. I had recommended only President be lokpal and is default lokpal. PSU central govt officers must be treated at par with central govt officers must be removed dismissed only by President and not by CMD etc. Entire judiciary must be under lokpal. Kind attention CJ BHC and CJI judiciary Lokayukta Maharashtra. 3. Whistleblower exposed large scale corruption related matters with benefits of several thousands of crores of rupees to country. To desist the whistleblower respondents ONGC instituted frivolous enquiries with main allegation that whistleblower expressed views in sympathy of families of few terminated employees and interacted with PM CBI etc. Whistleblower moved division of Bombay High Court and obtained unconditional anticipatory stay order in his favor in WP1636 of 2005 anticipatorily staying any penalty from simple warning to removal dismissal etc hence anticipatory stay on accommodation also, which acquired finality hence deemed to be supreme court order. Whistleblower was malafide transferred and ONGC misled the court in WP1898 of 2006. Whistleblower filed instant current petition WP2033 of 2007 for promotion enquiries malafide transfer etc and enforcement of anticipatory stay order of previous petition and respondents did fraud on court and misled the court and violated the unconditional anticipatory stay order of previous petition division bench and issued removal order and hence whistleblower without salary for last several years however court realized the fraud by respondents and petition got admitted after several years and show cause rule nisi notices were issued to several ONGC and apex govt authorities and in mean time respondents illegally forcibly evicted petitioner and family from official accommodation when matter was sub juice, whistleblower and family demand arrest of respondents ONGC officers and pertaining others for illegal forcible eviction of my family from ONGC colony BANDRA RA RECLAMATION MUMBAI and respondents refusing to return eviction photos videos. Immediate duly compensated justice is demanded other vise PM and ministers, Mr. Rahul Gandhi and Madam Sonia Gandhi CM and ministers and governor Maharashtra must resign. Respondents did further fraud on court and collusion of advocates and misled court and got the petition dismissed by another misled beyond jurisdiction division bench dominated by senior judge and judgment delivered by senior judge sitting alone in chamber not in open court while junior judge was not even present and not recorded objections of petitioner not to deliver judgment based on fraud on court and collusion of advocates , equal opportunity was not given to junior judge who was transferred and papers were not sent to him and illegal forcible eviction is not even written in judgment and order, and anticipatory stay order which deemed to be supreme court order has been circumvented and misinterpreted and now review or SLP is being expected by whistleblower while whistleblower insisting it must be recalled since review without comprehensive view is further fraud on court.
